There’s something truly timeless about photographing generations of women together—capturing not just faces, but legacies. This Boca Grande family session was one of those rare and beautiful moments that reminded me why I love what I do.

Set against the serene backdrop of the Gasparilla Island Lighthouse, this session featured four generations: two sweet young girls, their radiant and expecting mother, their graceful grandmother, and their elegant great-grandmother. Each brought a unique energy and presence, blending into one beautiful tapestry of love, history, and new beginnings.

Making it even more meaningful, this lighthouse is the backdrop of some of the mom’s baby pictures, too!

We began our session in the golden hour, with soft sea breezes gently lifting curls and dresses. The family chose a perfectly coordinated palette of soft greens and blush pinks—colors that harmonized beautifully with the natural dunes, sea oats, and that iconic cotton candy sunset that Boca Grande is known for.
